1.平安又到主圣日，感谢天父大爱惜，
今求天父发慈心，此日祝福万国人，
今日记念主创造，天地万物也造人，
安息圣日第一好，身心安息无烦恼。
2.生命存在主保护，衣食丰富主照顾，
罪人蒙恩日日新，感恩应该献全身，
六日劳碌为生活，安息圣日求天福，
所有世事既办毕，就能专心享安息。
3.圣日应当清早起，亲近耶稣心欢喜，
聚集礼拜当专心，齐求圣灵大降临，
今生乐守安息日，在乐园得福无极，
靠主心安无挂虑，能到明宫有凭据。
