因我不久必到更美的家乡；
亲朋虽以世福崇尚,
但我天天所仰望乃是圣城在天上。
2.虽然道路崎岖难行,使我腿酸手下垂,
但一想到那城全身力倍增；
虽然我眼难免流泪,
但是我永不心灰因有圣城已预备。
3.我今斗拳非无目的,奔跑不是无目标,
乃是照神心意追求那真道；
忘记背后努力面前,
向着标杆一直跑要得圣城的荣耀。
4.当我跑尽应跑道路,打过当打的胜仗,
主来被提升天进入主荣光；
当我守住所信真道,
甚至殉身也不惜必得圣城为赏赐。
